Sportique Boulder Has Closed — But We’re Still Here for You
If you’ve been part of the Sportique family in Boulder, you’ve probably already noticed something big has changed.
Sportique Boulder is not currently in business.
The building the shop was located in was sold to developers, and that entire spot is being turned into multi-level condominiums. Progress is great… unless you’re a scooter shop getting evicted by a bulldozer.
Because of that sale, the Boulder team closed the store in Fall of 2024 with the hope of finding a new location and reopening in the spring. They searched hard – in Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, and surrounding areas – trying to find a space with reasonable rent that would actually work for a scooter dealership and service department.
Unfortunately, the commercial real estate market had other ideas. By winter of 2025, it became clear that there was no viable location available, and the Boulder store is now officially gone, with no new building lined up.
That part stings. A lot.
What This Means for Boulder Customers
The good news: Sportique is still here for you.
If you were a Sportique Boulder customer, your new home is:
Sportique Denver
Sales, service, parts, accessories – everything you relied on in Boulder is still available, just in Denver. Same OG brand, same expertise, same commitment to keeping you riding.
Yes, it’s a little more of a drive. No, we’re not thrilled about that either. But we are thrilled that we can still take care of you and your scooter properly, instead of leaving you stranded.
A Thank You to the Boulder Community
Sportique Boulder meant a lot to a lot of people. It wasn’t just a shop – it was a community hub for riders, commuters, and scooter weirdos (said with love).
We’re incredibly grateful for all the years of support from the Boulder community, and we genuinely wish this story had a happier real estate ending (and it still might in the future)
